Tiffany brings over 13 years of nursing experience, leadership and health advocacy to Grace Place. She is committed to being an advocate for women's health. Tiffany's professional experience includes work at a level one trauma hospital delivering comprehensive care, along with outpatient clinic care. Tiffany is skilled in community outreach through building partnerships with organizations and healthcare providers. Tiffany is experienced in care coordination and case management. Her goal at Grace place is to connect new and expectant mothers to healthcare resources, provide education and create a safe supported space. Tiffany has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Loyola University of Chicago.
