About Grace Place

Grace Place Maternity Home is a Chicago-based housing stabilization initiative serving expectant and new mothers experiencing housing insecurity during pregnancy and early postpartum. We provide structured, time-bound transitional housing combined with case management and coordinated supports to prevent homelessness at birth and promote long-term maternal and infant stability. Our pilot is designed to produce measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate readiness for institutional and public funding.
